Supreme Court Policy on the Use of Electronic Devices in the Courtroom

The Supreme Court of the Northwest Territories has published an updated policy on the use of electronic devices in the courtroom. The policy prohibits usage of electronic devices by the public; and permits limited usage of electronic devices by lawyers, as well as members of the media who have entered into a signed undertaking.
